Where Taiwa stops.

Three things this doesn't do. Worth knowing before you start.

1

It's not for regulated calls.

Medical, legal, safeguarding, financial advice — use a certified interpreter for those. They're the calls where a mistranslation has consequences a service team can't absorb, and if you tell us that's your use case we'll say so rather than take the account.

2

It translates voice, where we've made it work. That's the list.

Not tickets, not chat, not email. If the job is text, this is the wrong tool — including native features in the helpdesk you already own. Voice works in the seven call consoles we support and, through the Windows desktop app, in Teams, Zoom and softphones. If your calls happen somewhere else, it doesn't work for you yet; tell us where, and it's how we decide what to build next.

3

It augments your platform. It doesn't replace it.

It runs on top of Aircall, Amazon Connect, Freshdesk, HubSpot, Intercom, Twilio or Zendesk. You keep your platform, your routing, your reporting and your contracts — nothing is migrated. If your platform ships this natively, we'll say so.

Why this page exists

Taiwa is a Kanso product, and Kanso publishes where it stops. These are the product's version of that. If they change, they'll change on this page with a dated note rather than quietly.

Still the right tool?

Work out what it would cost you, and what it would save. It'll tell you if the answer is no.
