Live voice translation inside the call console your agents already use.
For contact centres and service desks. Your agent stays in the console they already work in — the customer's language is translated live, both ways.
- 60 minutes free on real calls
- Pay for agents who use it, not seats
- Your own DeepL, OpenAI or Gemini key
- Nothing migrated
For Aircall, Amazon Connect, Freshdesk, HubSpot, Intercom, Twilio and Zendesk — and on Windows, for Teams, Zoom and softphones.
Runs on your own DeepL, OpenAI or Google Gemini key.
The hard part isn't the translation.
A translation engine translates the audio. The hard part is getting live call audio out of a console that was never built to let anyone reach it. Taiwa reads both legs of the call inside the agent's browser, handles the sign-in and the tokens, and keeps the agent in the console they already use. DeepL, OpenAI and Gemini can't reach inside Zendesk or Aircall on their own — that's the part we build.
Taiwa doesn't sell you translation. You bring a key from DeepL, OpenAI or Google Gemini, on your own contract, and we build the hard part around it — reading both legs of the call, the sign-in, the tokens, and sending each language to the engine you chose for it.
How bring-your-own-key works →Your agent doesn't speak Portuguese. Today that call costs you three things. Taiwa removes all three.
- 1
The transfer.
No hunting for an agent who speaks the language.
- 2
The interpreter.
No third party dialled into the call, charged by the minute.
- 3
The callback.
No "someone will ring you back" on a call that could have finished.
And no language-based routing rules to maintain once it's gone.
Four steps. Only one of them is the translation engine — the other three are what make translation work inside a live call your agents are already taking.
- 1
The call arrives on the platform you already use.
- 2
The extension reads both sides of the call, in your agent's browser.
- 3
Audio streams securely from that browser to your translation supplier and comes back translated.
- 4
Your agent hears the customer. The customer hears your agent.
Audio doesn't pass through our servers, and we don't store it. The transcript stays in the browser and ends with the session.
Where the audio goes →Taiwa runs on top of the platform you already have. You keep your routing, your reporting and your contracts. Nothing is migrated.

A few things Taiwa doesn't do.
- 1
It's not for regulated calls — medical, legal, safeguarding, financial advice. Use a certified interpreter for those.
- 2
It translates voice calls — in a supported call console, or through the desktop app. Nothing else.
- 3
It augments your platform. It doesn't replace it.
Start with the number, not a sales call.
Put your numbers in — no sign-up. If Taiwa won't help, the calculator says so. Ready to try it? Request early access — your first 60 minutes are free, approved within 24 hours.
