Request early access.

Taiwa is approved one account at a time. Tell us what you run and what you're missing, and we'll tell you whether it helps — within 24 hours, either way.

Every account starts with 60 minutes of translation free on our own DeepL key — enough to run it on real calls before you commit to anything. Beyond that you bring your own key, from DeepL, OpenAI or Google Gemini, and we help you get one.

Why it's gated

We approve early access within 24 hours, and your first 60 minutes of translation are free on our own DeepL key — enough to try it on real calls before you commit to anything. After that you need your own agreement with a translation supplier — DeepL, OpenAI or Google Gemini — and we set that up with you: it is a managed onboarding today, not a self-serve signup, and we would rather say so than surprise you with it.

What happens next

  1. 1

We review it — within 24 hours.

  2. 2

We set your account up with you — languages, terminology, and your supplier key.

  3. 3

You start translating calls — the first 60 minutes are free, on our key.

Do you plan to use this for regulated medical, legal, safeguarding or financial advice calls?

It doesn't rule you out. It tells us to send you the right guidance with our reply.

We'll reply either way.

Some of these we'll decline, and it's better to say so here

If the calls that need it are medical, legal, safeguarding or financial advice, you need a certified human interpreter, not this. And if you need text rather than voice, this is the wrong tool.

None of that changes if you fill the form in anyway. We'll just tell you.
